You are welcome to savor new dishes in BOSCO café «At Fountain». Fresh, easy and very delicious sandwiches, salads and desserts can be savored in the very heart of GUM at the famous fountain.
«Roast beef» sandwich with baked beef tenderloin, rucola, tomatoes and onion marmalade is perfect for those who are really starving.
«Cesar» salad with prawns, cherry tomatoes, romano lettuce, parmesan and delicate sauce is very nutritious and light. If you would prefer, our chef can add chicken or avocado to the salad.
«Rucola with tomatoes» salad is very surprising as besides the lettuce and cherry tomatoes it has parmesan, ceps and prawns. The salad is sprinkled with olive oil and balsamic sauce.
«Caprese» salad is traditional Italian snack perfectly composed of only two ingredients: ripe aromatic tomatoes and mozzarella buffalo (made of black buffalo’s milk) sprinkled with olive oil.
