SHOP DESCRIPTION BOSCO Bar is a fashion-cafe for a light and pleasurable leisure. BOSCO bar is realized in such a way, that its visitors can choose between to stay in solitude or to be in the very center of attention. BOSCO Bar perfectly fits to a romantic date, to a business meeting or to a great party. Festive mood is accompanied with a bright and colorful interior, thought over menu, wide choice of refined dessert and original Italian ice-cream, as well as stylish and polite waiters. The BOSCO Bar is executed in seventies style with peculiar elements, such as rounded corners, lacquered wood and psychedelic color spectrum. Famous Italian architects are the project's authors. The general BOSCO Bar concept is elaborated by Andrea Stramigioli, who for a long time collaborated with BOSCO DI CILIEGI. He designed interiors of shops: Articoli-Spring on the Novyi Arbat, men, women and children many brands salons of BOSCO DI CILIEGI Family. He created colorful puzzles on the walls, animals' skin on the floor, many colors sofas of quaint forms — bright and unusual objects each attracting looks, being always in harmony with the environment. Sean Dix — is another architect, who participated in the BOSCO Bar interior work and who is an old friend of BOSCO Family. For the BOSCO Bar he invented the key interior elements design — the bar counter and chandelier in the bar's center. On the exterior side of the round bar counter the many colors stripes of the logo colors are applied. In front of and behind the counter big glass showcases are inserted, where desserts and ice-cream are exposed. The central chandelier above the counter represents a great ball gathered from plenty of «martini goblets» on the longer stems. It is so bright and unusual that attracts attention of all passers-by BOSCO Bar. It also became one of the Red Square sights, that the tourists take photo of with great pleasure. The BOSCO Bar food presents the head-cook's authorship look on the Italian and Russian cuisine. These are different salads that you can put together to own taste. The snacks are meat and fish carpaccio, original Italian burrata cheese, foie gras dishes. Among the first course one may find the most delicate cream soups or cool gazpacho, nourishing lobster soup with crispy vegetables, etc. There is a great choice of pasta and risotto cooked exactly as in Italy. In the fish menu besides the ordinary tuna and common bass here are also presented ricciolla and umbrina. The undoubted hit in the meat menu is the lamb carre with herbs. The Russian cuisine in BOSCO Bar contains the status symbols, such as pancakes with caviar, pelmeni with salmon, beef Stroganoff in pot, potatoes with mushrooms, tasty solyanka (Russian meat soup with pickles, olives and lemon), okroshka (meat or fish kvass soup). Those who dropped in the BOSCO Bar just for a while, we have a special menu part — sandwich of fresh gem with the most various, even unexpected stuffing. A special attention is paid on the freshest desserts that are everyday baked in own confectionary workshop. Summer is the season of the ice cream that is Italian method prepared in the BOSCO Bar. Any dessert in BOSCO Bar is obligatorily decorated with fresh berries — it is House's specialty style. The bar menu contains all needed positions — classic cocktails, different tea and coffee kinds, aperitifs, beer, strong spirits (including a nice assortment of Italian grappa). As distinct from BOSCO Cafe and L'Altro BOSCO Cafe, the wine menu of BOSCO Bar contains not only Italian wine, but French, Spanish, Californian and Chili one. |
